IP addresses are collected anonymised (2 bytes).

The provision of personal information is necessary for a satisfactory rendering of the service or tendering. If the data is not provided, we cannot execute the contract or prepare a tender.
Depending on the agreed service or the demanded offer, your data is transmitted to the responsible employees of IVE – Ingenieurgesellschaft für Verkehrs- und Eisenbahnwesen mbH (IVE mbH) to process the service or the offer. A transmission of your personal data to third countries or international organisations does not exist and is not planned.
Your data is saved until the end of contract or until rejection of the offer. Afterwards, your data will be deleted, destroyed or restricted.
In accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO you have the right to obtain information about the processing of your personal data.
Furthermore, according to Art. (16–18) and (20) DSGVO you are free to assert your rights to rectification, erasure or if erasure is not possible, to restriction of processing and data portability. If you want to use your rights, please contact our data protection officer.
You also have the right to inform the competent supervisory authorities about a process. If you are of the mind that the process of your personal data does not take place in compliance with the GDPR, we kindly ask you to contact our data protection officer.
According to Art. 13 (2)(b) DSGVO, you also have the right to object the processing of your personal data.
